What is the return policy?
At Glitze & Glamour, due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly work with you to repair or resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at concierge@glitzeandglamour.com.
We will review the issue and, when applicable, exchange, repair, replace, or fix the item at no additional cost to you.
Will rhinestones fall off my garment?
Our rhinestones are carefully applied using strong, durable adhesives designed to withstand normal wear. However, due to the nature of embellished garments, it is inevitable that an occasional rhinestone may loosen or fall off over time, especially with frequent wear, transportation, washing, or festival activities.
To help keep your piece looking its best, every rhinestone garment includes extra matching rhinestones for easy replacement if needed. We recommend reapplying any loose or missing rhinestones using industrial adhesive, which provides a strong, flexible bond suitable for embellished apparel.
Handling embellished pieces with care and following our care instructions will maximize the longevity of your garment.

When will I get my order?
Ready-to-Ship Items | If your item has already been completed, quality checked, and is ready to ship, you can expect delivery within 2–4 business days.
Curated Collection Designs | Our curated collection pieces are produced to order and undergo a detailed production process before reaching our studio. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for creation and quality assurance. Once received, each item is personally inspected by our team to ensure it meets Glitze & Glamour standards before being carefully packaged and shipped to you. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after final quality approval.
Custom Made-to-Order Designs | Creation times for custom pieces vary depending on the complexity of the design and current production volume. Estimated timelines will be discussed with you after your inquiry is submitted. Once your custom piece has passed our final quality inspection, shipping typically takes 2–4 business days.
We perform a thorough quality check on every item before it leaves our studio to ensure you receive a piece you'll love.
Where are your curated collection pieces from?
Our curated collection pieces are made to order through a network of carefully selected production partners internationally. We design and select pieces based on style, quality, and overall fit with the Glitze & Glamour aesthetic.
Many of our most popular pieces are purchased in bulk and stocked in our warehouse, allowing them to be shipped immediately. If an item is not currently in stock, it may be produced specifically for your order through one of our manufacturing partners before being sent to our team for quality assurance and final shipment.
This approach allows us to offer a wider variety of unique designs while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect.
